One of the more unique hot dog variations in Pennsylvania, not that far from me, that it somehow took me a decade to try. Finally made the stop on a road trip, I think was my first post-Covid sit down meal... SO GOOD.

There's a handful of places that make these, split and grilled dogs (usually, hopefully, the local Gutheinz brand) drowned in "Coney Island Texas" meat sauce, mustard and onions, on fluffy double wide, short-fat buns, almost like club rolls. Eat em 4 or 5 at time with a cup of coffee. For real, if you've never made the pilgrimage, get on it, I'd say as far as PA hot dogs go, these (and Easton) might be the best.
