Original gouache painting of the "Jackalope" from Frank Restaurant in Austin, TX.
A rabbit, antelope and pork sausage topped with huckleberry compote. FRANK unfortunataly closed in 2018. The artwork was done as an oddball 3-way collaboration between the restaurant, Serious Eats, and Wrap Magazine in the UK.

Full color original art, gouache and ink on Arches paper, 12" x 15", framed in Ikea White.
