Original gouache painting for the late, great Hot Diggity on Philadelphia's South Street. This was a later addition to their menu; a modern take on the classic Philadelphia Fish Cake Hot Dog "Combo"- a sabretts dog wrapped in salt cod, and DEEP FRIED, then topped with pepper hash relish. It was delicious.

This is a RARE offering for a Hot Diggity original! Larger than most other hot dog paintings at around 12" x 16" artwork on 17" x 24" paper. Gouache and ink on arches paper.
